Common use of Umbrella/Excess Insurance Clause in Contracts

Umbrella/Excess Insurance. The General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance requirements above may be satisfied with a combination of primary and Umbrella/Excess Insurance. The Umbrella/Excess Insurance shall also be written on a per occurrence basis unless otherwise approved by CITY and shall include the same endorsements as required of the primary policy(ies).
