Umbrella Policies. If Lessee chooses to carry umbrella liability coverage to obtain the limits of liability required under this Lease, the umbrella policies must provide coverage in the same manner as the primary commercial general liability policy and must contain no exclusions in addition to, or limitations materially different than, those of the primary policy.
