UN Security Council Resolutions. The Company shall not and shall ensure that each of its Subsidiaries shall not enter into any transaction or engage in any activity prohibited by any resolution of the United Nations Security Council under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter. The Company shall ensure that no Person may become a holder of Equity Securities if such Person or any Affiliate of such Person is named on (A) lists promulgated by the United Nations Security Council or its committees pursuant to resolutions issued under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter; or (B) the World Bank Listing of Ineligible Firms (see xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx).
