Common use of Unaffected Parties Clause in Contracts

Unaffected Parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Tenant's rights and Landlord's obligations under or in connection with this Addendum will not be binding on and will not affect or otherwise apply in any way to Landlord's Mortgagees or their successors, assigns and purchasers or their respective Affiliates, whether or not they take title to or acquire all or substantially all of the Premises.
