The Company shall prepare and send to each Member (at the same time) promptly, but in no event later than noon on the 15th Business Day after the last day of each month, the following unaudited financial statements with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries: a balance sheet, a statement of operations, a statement of cash flows and a statement of changes in capital (collectively, "Unaudited Financial Statements") as at the end of and for such month.
