Common use of Unauthorized Aliens Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Aliens. Consultant hereby promises and agrees to comply with all the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. § 1101, et seq., as amended, and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant so employ such unauthorized aliens for performance of work and/or services covered by this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by City.

Unauthorized Aliens. U.S.C. § 1101, et seq.1101 and following), as it may be amended, and in connection therewith, shall further agrees not to employ unauthorized aliens as defined thereinunder the Act. Should Consultant so employ such any unauthorized aliens for the performance of any work and/or or services covered by this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such the use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost amount of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all related costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by City.

Consultant Service Provider hereby promises and agrees to comply with all of the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 1101, et seq., as amended, and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant Service Provider so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of work and/or services covered by this Agreementthe Services, and should the any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant Service Provider hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ ' fees, incurred by City.

Unauthorized Aliens. Consultant hereby promises represents and agrees to warrants that it will comply with all of the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 1101, et seq., as amended, and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of any work and/or services covered by under this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost any and all liabilities, actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, costs, judgments, arbitration awards, settlements, damages, demands, orders, or penalties which arise out of all or are related to such liabilities or sanctions imposedemployment, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ ' fees, incurred by City.

Unauthorized Aliens. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Unauthorized Aliens. Should Consultant Contractor so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of work and/or services covered by this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant Contractor hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ ' fees, incurred by City.
