Common use of Unauthorized Assignment or Change in Ownership Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Assignment or Change in Ownership. A failure by the Operator to obtain prior written consent in accordance with Sections 12.1 or 12.2 of this Agreement may, at AHS‟ sole discretion, result in immediate termination of this Agreement without further notice or process of law.
