UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS. Do not make any repairs or authorize any repairs without the prior written consent of Owner/Agent. All repairs must be authorized in writing before work can be performed. Rent cannot be withheld because of needed repairs nor can the cost of needed repairs be deducted from the rent except as provided by the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
