Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Tenant designates Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (either such individual acting alone, “Tenant’s Representative”) as the only persons authorized to act for Tenant pursuant to this Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Tenant designates Xxxx Xxxxxxx (“Tenant’s Authorized Representative”) as the person authorized to initial all plans, drawings, changes orders and approvals pursuant to this Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any such item until such item has been initialed by Tenant’s Authorized Representative.

Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Tenant designates the person named from time to time as Tenant’s Authorized Representative to take all acts of Tenant hereunder. Landlord may rely on the acts of such Authorized Representative without further inquiry or evidence of authority. Tenant’s Authorized Representative shall be the person so designated in Section 1.1 and such successors as may be named from time to time by the then current Tenant’s Authorized Representative or by Tenant’s president.
Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Tenant designates Vikram Jog, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Avi Kulkarni (each, “Tenant’s Authorized Representative”) as the persons authorized to initial all plans, drawings, changes orders and approvals pursuant to this Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any such item until such item has been initialed by any Tenant’s Authorized Representative.
Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Each tenant, by written notice to Landlord, shall appoint a person to act as such tenant's Authorized Representative. All tenant requests to Landlord or its management for services shall be made through the Authorized Representatives. Each tenant's Authorized Representative shall also serve as the tenant contact in the event of building emergencies, interruptions of services, or security problems.
