Common use of Unavailability of Neutral Physician Clause in Contracts

Unavailability of Neutral Physician. In the event that a neutral physician is not available to examine the Player within the time parameters of the C.F.L. Standard Player Contract, the Player may contact the Commissioner of the C.F.L. and the Commissioner shall provide the Player with the name of a qualified physician who is willing and able to see the Player within the time parameters provided.
