Dispute Resolution and Venue Any disputes relating to the Manufacturer XXXX and to this Rider shall be resolved in accordance with the FAR, and the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. §§ 7101-7109. The Ordering Activity expressly acknowledges that Carahsoft, on behalf of the Manufacturer, shall have standing to bring such claim under the Contract Disputes Act.
Submission of a Claim to Arbitration 1. An investor that meets the conditions precedent in Article 22 (Conditions Precedent to Submission of a Claim to Arbitration) may submit a claim to arbitration under:
GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURE 8.01 The parties to this agreement believe it is important to adjust complaints and grievances as quickly as possible as provided for herein. The employee or Union shall first discuss any individual complaint informally with the Director of Care or designate at the first opportunity.
GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION PROCEDURE The grievance-arbitration procedure set forth in Sections 16.32 through 16.38 shall be applicable only to disputes arising under Division C of this article.

BINDING ARBITRATION PROHIBITED The State of Colorado does not agree to binding arbitration by any extra-judicial body or person. Any provision to the contrary in this contact or incorporated herein by reference shall be null and void.
GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION Casual employees have access to the grievance and arbitration procedures. (Reference Article 9 - Grievances and Article 10 - Arbitration.)
GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURES 8.01 For the purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties related to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.
LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION In the event that suit or arbitration is brought to enforce the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to litigation costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. The Dispute Resolution provisions are set forth on Exhibit "B," ‘Dispute Resolution’ attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
