Common use of Unbudgeted Costs Clause in Contracts

Unbudgeted Costs. Promptly upon the occurrence thereof, notice of any event which has resulted in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, an unanticipated cost to the Company or any Subsidiary in excess of $150,000, including, without limitation, disputes with customers, employees, consultants or creditors or disputes relating to contractual obligations and amendments, modifications or waivers of any such obligation, shall be furnished to the Purchaser.
