Common use of Unclassified Clause in Contracts

Unclassified. exempt and management service employees shall be restored into classified service pursuant to ORS 240.570. If a reduction in force is required in connection with this return it will be accomplished through this Article. Seniority for the purposes of restoration shall be all time served in classified service. For any subsequent reductions in force following this restoration, Section 4 seniority will apply.
