Common use of Undeliverable Notices Clause in Contracts

Undeliverable Notices. In the event that a Class Notice sent by U.S. Mail is returned as undeliverable, the Settlement Administrator will make reasonable efforts to obtain a valid mailing address and promptly resend the Class Notice to the Class Member by U.S. Mail.

Undeliverable Notices. In the event that a Class Notice is sent by email and returned as undeliverable, the Notice will be sent by U.S. Mail. In the event that a Class Notice sent by U.S. Mail is returned as undeliverable, the Settlement Administrator (or in the event that Notice is handled by Class Counsel, then Class Counsel) will make reasonable efforts to obtain a valid mailing address and promptly resend the Class Notice to the Class Member by U.S. Mail.
