Common use of Under Section V Clause in Contracts

Under Section V. E.1, Plaintiffs may only bring a claim against HUD alleging that, absent good cause, HUD has failed, either in whole or in part, to provide Plaintiffs’ Counsel with the report within thirty (30) days of the end of the relevant quarter. Should Plaintiffs prevail on this claim, the only relief available from the Court shall be an order that HUD provide Plaintiffs’ Counsel with the report specified in Section V.E.1.
