Underrepresentation Representation Thresholds Clause Samples
The Underrepresentation Representation Thresholds clause sets minimum standards or benchmarks for the representation of certain groups or categories within an organization, event, or process. In practice, this clause may require that a specified percentage of participants, employees, or decision-makers come from underrepresented backgrounds, such as women, minorities, or other designated groups. By establishing these thresholds, the clause aims to promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring that historically marginalized groups have a guaranteed level of participation or influence.
