UNDERSTANDING AND CLARIFICATION ON DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATION. The Bidder is required to carefully examine the specifications and documents, all the conditions and matters work wise & cost wise. If any Bidder finds any discrepancies or omissions in the specifications and documents or is in doubt for any meaning of any part, he shall request in writing for an interpretation/ clarification to the GIPCL or during Pre-Bid meeting. All such interpretations and clarifications shall form a part of the Bid documents.
