Executive declares that the terms of this Agreement have been completely read, are fully understood, and are voluntarily accepted, after complete consideration of all facts and Executive’s legal rights, of which Executive has been fully advised by Executive’s attorneys for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, that Executive may have against the Released Parties.
