LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 26. The standard part-time work week shall be up to thirty-two (32) paid hours per week and up to eight (8) paid hours per day. The scheduled hours may vary during a given work schedule.
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 3 The parties to the Collective Agreement recognize that production gang work has different requirements than other work performed under the Collective Agreement. Accordingly, the parties agree as follows:

LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 3 It is agreed that the night shipping crew can commence work on Sundays and in the case of a Statutory Holiday being a Monday, at 7:00 p.m. and the hours from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight will be paid on the basis of straight time.
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 1 RE: CLASSIFICATIONS This letter will serve to confirm certain understandings which were reached in connection with the classifications of Reinforced Concrete Worker, Xxxxxxxxx Improver and Pipelayer. It is understood that the classification of “Reinforced Concrete Worker” applies to those employees engaged within the jurisdiction of this Appendix in laying reinforcing rod or mesh; similarly, the classification “Xxxxxxxxx Improver” applies to those employees engaged within the jurisdiction of the Agreement in the setting of travelling steel forms and wood forms. Further, the “Pipe Layer” classification is intended to apply to not more than one man per crew.
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 4. Secondary consideration will be given to qualified applicants from classifications within Logistics & Supply or Airports & Cargo Operations.
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 5 RE: TABLE 1 The Contractors will incorporate classifications and rates of Cement Lining of Watermains as agreed to by specialty contractors into the Appendix.
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 2 UTILITY CLASSIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS Utility employees must be qualified on the following functions to maintain their overall Utility job classification, as a minimum.
