Understanding of Terms. The Parties each hereby affirm and acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, that they know and understand its terms, and have signed it voluntarily and after having been advised by counsel. The Parties have had a full and unhindered opportunity to consult with their attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and such other consultants, as they may have desired prior to executing this Agreement.
