Understanding of Terms. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has read this Agreement completely, has consulted with or had the opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel of his own choice and has been advised to do so by the Company, and fully understands the terms, nature and effect of this Agreement, which the Executive voluntarily executes in good faith. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has not relied on any representations, promises, or agreements of any kind made to the Executive in connection with the Executive’s decision to accept this Agreement, except for those set forth in this Agreement.
