HERETO THAT SELLER SHALL NET NO LESS THAN $1.00 FROM THE CLOSING OF THIS TRANSACTION OR THIS CONTRACT MAY BE VOIDED AT SELLER’S SOLE DISCRETION, WITH PURCHASER RECEIVING REFUND OF ALL DEPOSIT MONIES THEREBY RELEASING BOTH PARTIES FROM THE AGREEMENT. By signing below, the Purchaser hereby acknowledges that he/she has conducted due diligence about the Property, has read this Agreement in its entirety and that he/she is not relying on any other outside information other than his/her own findings regarding the Property that he/she is purchasing. By signing below, Xxxxxxxxx also acknowledges, consents to, and has read the terms of the sale as described in the sale day Auction Brochure and/or in the property specific Online Bidding Terms & Conditions carefully.
