Undertaking ofAT&T Clause Samples

Undertaking ofAT&T. 3.1.1 AT&T shall provide CLEC with equal and nondiscriminatory access to Pole space, Conduits, Ducts, and ROW on terms and conditions equal to those provided bAyT&T to itself or to any other Telecommunications Service provider. FurtheAr,T&T shall not withhold or delay assignment of such Facilities to CLECbecause of the potential or forecasted needs of itself or Third Parties.
