Common use of UNDERTAKING RESPECTING CERTAIN INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

UNDERTAKING RESPECTING CERTAIN INFORMATION. (a) The Band agrees to provide Canada with information concerning the methods that were utilized by the Band, prior to ratification of this Agreement and the Trust Agreement, to inform eligible voters of the content and effect thereof (including the Replacement Public Utility Easement Agreements); (b) Without limiting the generality of subsection (a), the Band agrees to advise Canada in writing as to: (i) the structure, timing and location of and the agenda for all Band information sessions and a copy of any written material provided at the information sessions; (ii) the number of eligible voters in attendance at such sessions; (iii) the names and professional qualifications of those legal, financial and other advisors present thereat, to assist the Band in its efforts to inform eligible voters as aforesaid; and (iv) copies of any materials mailed by the Band to eligible voters in conjunction with the information sessions.
