Underwater Recovery Unit, Assigned. Dives (1) When on duty, members of the State Police Underwater Recovery Unit shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) an hour in addition to their hourly rate when actually diving or when actually called to an emergency rescue dive. (2) When off duty, members of the State Police Underwater Recovery Unit shall be compensated at time and one half (1½) of their base hourly rate for a minimum of four (4) hours, plus ten dollars ($10.00) an hour when actually diving or when actually called to an emergency rescue dive.
