Common use of Underwater Work Allowance Clause in Contracts

Underwater Work Allowance. When an Employee, at the direction of the Employer: (i) performs diving using a diving mask, air helmet or diving suit, including skin-diving in water ten (10) feet or more in depth, or (ii) descends in a submarine or diving xxxx, the Employee shall receive an allowance of $170 per such dive.
