Underwriter’s Unrelated Activities. The Underwriter may sell other securities in offerings similar to the Offering for other issuers during the course of the Offering. The Underwriter shall have the right to advertise or otherwise disclose to unrelated prospective issuers, at its own expense, its relationship with the Company, the services it provides in connection with the Certificates and the amount of money that it raised through the Offering.
