Common use of Underwriting Criteria Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Criteria. The percentage (by Scheduled Principal Balance) of the Group I Loans as of the Post-Funding Payment Date which are identified by the Originator under its standard underwriting criteria as "B," "C," and "D" credits will not be more than 100 basis points, 100 basis points, and 0 basis points, respectively, more than the percentage of Initial Group I Loans identified as "B," "C," and "D" credits.
