The Underwriting Information clause defines the requirement for the disclosure and provision of relevant information necessary for the underwriting process. Typically, this clause obligates the insured to supply accurate and complete details about the risk to be covered, such as business operations, prior claims history, or property values, either at the inception of the policy or upon request. Its core practical function is to ensure that the insurer has sufficient and reliable data to assess risk appropriately, set premiums, and determine coverage terms, thereby reducing the likelihood of disputes or mispricing due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
Underwriting Information. The Underwriter is not obligated to provide coverage for a risk determined to be inappropriate for the coverage described in this Contract. The Department, Broker, or Underwriter have the right to refuse coverage to any State University System (SUS) eligible user as described by Section 1000.21(6), Florida Statutes, with adverse loss histories, or those requesting coverage after having secured private coverage of a similar nature and requesting to join or rejoin the policy after an absence of coverage under an insurance policy procured by the Department.

Incorporated and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Structured Asset Corporation and the no-action letter dated May 27, 1994 issued by the Division of Corporation Finance of the Commission to the Public Securities Association and filed by the Sponsor with the Commission in the Current Report or Reports on Form 8-K (the "Form 8-K"). The Underwriter confirms that such statements (to such extent) are correct.
Underwriting Information. All material provided by the Underwriter for inclusion in the Offering Documents, insofar as such information relates to the Underwriter, and any Derived Information (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement) (as revised from time to time, collectively the "Underwriter Information") is true and correct in all material respects.
