Common use of Underwriting Information Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Information. All material provided by the Underwriter for inclusion in the Offering Documents, insofar as such information relates to the Underwriter, and any Derived Information (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement) (as revised from time to time, collectively the "Underwriter Information") is true and correct in all material respects. In respect of the Offering Documents, the Underwriter Information is limited to the information set forth under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Offering Documents.
