Undischarged Judgment. Final Judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, for the payment of money in excess of $1,000,000.00 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed; or
Undischarged Judgment. Any Obligor or Material Subsidiary fails within 30 days to pay, bond, or otherwise discharge any judgment or order for the payment of an amount in excess of US $25,000,000 (or multiple judgments or orders for the payment of an aggregate amount of US $50,000,000) unless such judgment (or judgments) are being contested in good faith and no enforcement actions have been commenced in relation thereto.
Undischarged Judgment. (a) A final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, (b) a final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of Panhandle Eastern or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 shall be rendered against Panhandle Eastern or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or (c) a final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of CCC or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against CCC or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed.
Undischarged Judgment. Final judgment shall be rendered against any Loan Party or Subsidiary of the Borrower in an amount in excess of $5,000,000 (to the extent not covered by insurance) and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, released, bonded or vacated; or
Undischarged Judgment. (a) A final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or (b) a final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of Panhandle or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 shall be rendered against Panhandle or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed.
Undischarged Judgment. Final judgment shall be rendered against the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any Guarantor and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, released, bonded or vacated; or
Undischarged Judgment. (a) A final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, (b) a final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of Panhandle Eastern or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 shall be rendered against Panhandle Eastern or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or (c) at any time that the aggregate amount of all Citrus Investments exceeds $10,000,000, a final judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of CCC or any of its Subsidiaries, for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against CCC or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed.
Undischarged Judgment. Final judgment for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 (excluding any amount as to which an insurer having an A.M. Best rating of "A" or better and being in a financial size category of XII or better (as such category is defined as of the date hereof) has acknowledged liability) shall be rendered against the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 30 days during which period execution shall not be effectively stayed; or
Undischarged Judgment. One or more judgments for the payment of money in an amount in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or any combination thereof) and shall remain undischarged for a period of ten consecutive Business Days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action is legally taken by a judgment creditor to levy upon any such judgment;
Undischarged Judgment. Any Group Company fails within 30 days to pay, bond, or otherwise discharge any judgment or order for the payment of an amount in excess of $25,000,000 (or multiple judgments or orders for the payment of an aggregate amount of $50,000,000) unless such judgment (or judgments) are being contested in good faith and no enforcement actions have been commenced in relation thereto.
