Common use of Undischarged Judgments Clause in Contracts

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have been entered against Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have has been entered against Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate 500,000, and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days days, unless the validity thereof is contested in compliance with Section 7.07 hereof; or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have has been entered against Borrower or Guarantor in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate 100,000, and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days days, unless the validity thereof is contested in compliance with Section 7.08 hereof; or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have been entered against the Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 500,000 in the aggregate and such judgment or judgments are not covered by insurance and have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 8.2(a)(vii) have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have has been entered against Borrower, or if a writ or warrant of attachment, garnishment, execution, distraint or similar process has been issued against Borrower or any of its properties having an aggregate value in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate 250,000, and any such judgment judgment, writ or judgments have other process has remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days days, unless the validity thereof is contested in compliance with Section 7.8 hereof; or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have has been entered against Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate 500,000, and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days days, unless the validity thereof is contested in compliance with SECTION 7.07 hereof; or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.

Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have been entered against the Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 1,500,000 in the aggregate and such judgment or judgments are not covered by insurance and have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 8.2(a)(vii) have not been satisfied.

If one or more judgments for the payment of money have has been entered against Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate 300,000, and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days days, unless the validity thereof is contested in compliance with Section 7.08 hereof; or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.
