Common use of Undischarged Judgments Clause in Contracts

Undischarged Judgments. The Borrowers, or if any such judgments are recourse to the Borrowers, any of PLC’s Subsidiaries, shall fail within 45 days to pay, bond or otherwise discharge any judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 which is not stayed on appeal or otherwise being appropriately contested in good faith.
