Undisputed Amounts. An amount shall be considered “undisputed” under Sections 16.4A and 16.5 if the amount invoiced by Contractor is contested in bad faith by Owner or if Owner has failed to give notice of a disputed amount in accordance with Section 7.2E by the due date for payment of the applicable invoiced amount.
