UNE Port/Loop Combinations. 5.3.1 Combinations of port and loop UNEs along with switching and transport UNEs provide local exchange service for the origination or termination of calls. Port/loop combinations support the same local calling and feature requirements as described in the Unbundled Local Switching or Port section of this Attachment and the ability to presubscribe to a primary carrier for intraLATA toll service and/or to presubscribe to a primary carrier for interLATA toll service.
