Interoffice Transmission Facilities. BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rule 51.311 and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, to interoffice transmission facilities on an unbundled basis to Al-Call for the provision of a munications service.

Interoffice Transmission Facilities. Interoffice Transmission Facilities are SBC- AMERITECH transmission facilities dedicated to a particular CLEC carrier, or shared by more than one Customer or carrier, used to provide Telecommunications Services between Wire Centers owned by SBC-AMERITECH or CLEC, or between Switches owned by SBC- AMERITECH or CLEC. Interoffice Transmission Facilities will be provided only where such facilities exist at the time of CLEC’s request.

Interoffice Transmission Facilities. 11.5.1 Subject to Section 11.0, where facilities are available, at Level 3’s request, BA shall provide Level 3 with interoffice transmission facilities (“IOF”) (at DS1, DS3, OC3, OC3c, OC12 and OC12c levels) unbundled from other Network Elements in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, in accordance with Exhibit A and this Section 11.5. To the extent Level 3 purchases unbundled common transport, Level 3 shall also be required to purchase unbundled local switching in conjunction with such unbundled common transport.

Ameritech shall make available to Requesting Carrier access to the following types of Unbundled Interoffice Transmission Facilities:

Ameritech provides several varieties of unbundled transport facilities: 1.1. Unbundled dedicated interoffice transport facility (“Dedicated Transport”) is a dedicated facility connecting two Ameritech Central Offices buildings via Ameritech transmission equipment. In each Central Office building, CLEC will Cross-Connect this facility to its own transmission equipment (physically or virtually) Collocated in each Wire Center, or to other unbundled Network Elements provided by Ameritech to the extent the requested combination is technically feasible and is consistent with other standards established by the FCC for the combination of unbundled Network Elements. All applicable digital Cross-Connect, multiplexing, and Collocation space charges apply at an additional cost.

Interoffice Transmission Facilities. Interoffice Transmission Facilities are CBT transmission facilities dedicated to a particular Customer or carrier, or shared by more than one Customer or carrier, that provide telecommunications services between Wire Centers/Switching Centers owned by CBT or AWS, or between Switches owned by CBT or AWS.

Interoffice Transmission Facilities. BA shall provide ACI local transport from the trunk side of BA’s Central Office Switches unbundled from switching, unbundled interoffice transmission facilities, and other services in accordance with Exhibit A.
