Unemployed Clerks. The Union agrees to keep an up-to-date list of unemployed clerks with an accurate record of their experience, and the Employer agrees to notify the Union of vacancies in positions covered by this Agreement in order that the unem ployed clerks on the aforementioned list may be pro vided with a full opportunity to fill such vacancy. In filling vacancies, Employers shall give preference to applicants with previous employment experience in the industry in the area covered by this Agreement.
