Unemployment Insurance Compliance. The Contractor shall remain current in both its quarterly reporting and payment of contributions or payments in lieu of contributions, as applicable, to the State Unemployment Insurance system as a condition of maintaining this grant. The Contractor hereby authorizes the State Department of Labor to disclose to the State Agency staff only such information as is necessary to determine the Contractor’s compliance with the State Unemployment Insurance Law.
