Unencumbered Asset Pool Properties. (a) Subject to clause (b) of this §7.18, the Eligible Real Estate included in the calculation of the Unencumbered Asset Pool Availability and as Unencumbered Asset Pool Properties shall at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:
