Unencumbered Liquidity. As soon as available, but in any event within fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, an Unencumbered Liquidity Certificate, prepared as at the end of such month, duly certified by the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, treasurer or controller that is a Responsible Officer of the Borrowers.
