Account or Accounts definition

Account or Accounts is defined in the UCC.
Account or Accounts means the Participant’s Stock Unit Account or Option Dividend Equivalent Account, as the context requires.
Account or Accounts means a book account reflecting amounts credited to a Participant’s Separation From Service Account, Scheduled Withdrawal Account(s) and Plan Sponsor Contribution Account, as adjusted for deemed investment performance and all distributions or withdrawals made by the Participant or his or her Beneficiary. To the extent that it is considered necessary or appropriate, the Plan Administrator shall maintain separate sub- accounts for each source of contribution under the Plan or shall otherwise provide a means for determining that portion of an Account attributable to each contribution source.

Examples of Account or Accounts in a sentence

  • At the earlier of six months after the Initial Date of Deposit or the conclusion of the primary offering period (as certified by the Depositor to the Trustee), the Trustee shall withdraw from the Account or Accounts specified in the Prospectus or, if no Account is therein specified, from the Principal Account, and pay to the Depositor the Depositor's reimbursable expenses of organizing the Trust in an amount certified to the Trustee by the Depositor.
