Unenforceability or Invalidity of Provision. To the extent that any provision of the Lease or this Amendment is found invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, or so rendered by legislative or administrative action, the validity of the remainder of the Lease shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect as if the Lease had been executed in the absence of the portion held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable.
