If any provision in the Loan Documents is found to be illegal or unenforceable or would operate to invalidate any of the Loan Documents, then the provision will be deemed expunged and the Loan Documents will be construed as though the provision was not contained in the Loan Documents and the remainder of the Loan Documents will remain in full force and effect.
