Unenforceable Terms. If any term, covenant or condition of this Special Warrant Indenture or the application thereof to any party or circumstance is invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this Special Warrant Indenture or application of such term, covenant or condition to a party or circumstance other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable is not affected thereby and each remaining term, covenant or condition of this Special Warrant Indenture is valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
