Accuracy of Confidential Information. Each Party hereby acknowledges that the Confidential Information of the other Parties may still be under development, or may be incomplete, and that such information may relate to products that are under development or are planned for development. Except as specifically provided in Section 8.2, no Party makes any representations regarding the accuracy of its Confidential Information.

Notwithstanding the preceding disclaimer, the designated representative certifies that it has no actual knowledge of any false information contained within the Confidential Information.

Recipient understands and acknowledges that HT makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any Confidential Information. Recipient agrees that HT shall have no liability to Recipient or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives or affiliates relating to or resulting from the use of or reliance on any Confidential Information or any errors therein or omissions therefrom.

Company will have no liability to the Recipient or any other person resulting from the Recipient’s or other person’s permitted use of any Confidential Information or from any action taken or any inaction occurring in reliance thereon.
