Each page of these Terms and Conditions should be initialled by the Individual Specialist and UNESCO. The Individual Specialist and UNESCO also agree to be bound by the provisions contained in the following documents, which form the only legally valid contractual arrangement between the parties and which shall take precedence in case of conflict in the following order: (i) the present contract and (ii) the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto.
