Unfilled Request Sample Clauses
The "Unfilled Request" clause defines the procedures and consequences when a party fails to fulfill a request made under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps the requesting party must take to notify the other party of the unfilled request, any timeframes for response or remedy, and potential remedies or penalties if the request remains unaddressed. Its core function is to ensure accountability and provide a clear process for resolving situations where contractual requests are not met, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
