Uniform Vendor and Purchaser Risk Act. Purchaser and Seller each hereby waives the Uniform Vendor and Purchaser Risk Act and agree that the provisions of this Section 6 shall govern the respective rights and obligations of Purchaser and Seller with respect to the subject matter of this Section 6.
