Common use of Unilateral decision of the GRANTOR Clause in Contracts

Unilateral decision of the GRANTOR. a) For duly justified reasons of public interest, the GRANTOR has the power to terminate the Contract, for which purpose it shall previously notify the CONCESSIONAIRE and the Permitted Creditors in writing no less than six (6) months before the date established for the termination of the Contract. Said notice shall also be signed by the Competent Governmental Authority responsible for attending such problem of public interest.
