Unilateral Termination by The SUPERINTENDENT’S (Resignation. The SUPERINTENDENT may, at his option, and by a minimum of sixty (60) days notification to the BOARD, unilaterally terminate this contract. In the event of such termination, the SUPERINTENDENT shall have no right or entitlement to any severance pay and shall be entitled only to the salary and benefits accrued and unpaid, including accrued vacation and sick leave, as of the effective date of his resignation.
